These terms govern your use of Wishmundo. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Wishmundo. We verify this with the date of birth collected at sign-up.

The service

Wishmundo lets you send one short spoken birthday wish a day to a randomly assigned stranger, and receive spoken wishes from strangers on your own birthday. Free accounts get one wish a day and are wished on their first birthday; lifetime membership (a one-time purchase) removes the daily cap up to a limit and continues receiving wishes every birthday.

Content rules

Every wish is reviewed before delivery. You agree not to:

• Share contact information, links, or attempts to move the conversation off-platform.
• Send harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, or anything illegal.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age.
• Attempt to automate, scrape, or abuse the assignment system.

Violations may result in a wish being silently withheld, a warning, or account suspension, at our discretion. We don't disclose moderation actions to the sender in a way that reveals the review process, to prevent gaming it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the wishes you record. By sending one, you grant us the license needed to store, transcribe, translate, and deliver it as part of the service.

Membership & purchases

Lifetime membership is a one-time, non-subscription purchase handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective refund policies. Purchases can be restored on a new device via the app's restore option.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Wishmundo is provided "as is." We do our best to moderate content but can't guarantee every wish will be free of things you'd rather not hear — please use the in-app report/block controls.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
